My Easy Veg Casserole

This dish I prepared when I was cleaning my fridge, so whatever vegetable, sauces, paneer were leftover, I used it. This is a super, easy dish prepared in minutes. No cooking is required just to bake it and ENJOY!!!



Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins 
Serves: 4

Ingredients 
Paneer slices 200g
Spinach finely chopped 100g
Coloured Capsicum 100g
Marinara sauce 150g
Cheese slices 3
Cheese grated 60g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt according  to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Method 
  • Add oil and black pepper to the Spinach leaves and mix it. 
  • Now grease a baking dish. 
  • Layer it with little Marinara sauce
  • Spread the Spinach into a layer.
  • Spread a layer of paneer slices into a thin layer. 
  • Spread Marinara sauce on top of it. 
  • Cover it with the cheese slices. 
  • Spread the capsicum on top of it. 
  • Now again spread the 
  • Spread the capsicum on top of it. 
  • Again spread the Marinara layer. 
  • Cover it with the remaining paneer slices.
  • Cover it with cheese and sprinkle oil over it.
  • Bake at 200c for 20 minutes until golden. 
  • Take it out and serve hot. 
  • Enjoy!!! 

Recipe Notes: 
One can make this dish with whatever left vegetables and whatever left sauces like, barbeque, hummus, alfredo, cheese sauce.
