Stuffed Mushrooms (Veg & Keto)

Stuffed Mushroom is my favourite. They are very easy to prepare and the taste is awesome. Enjoy!!!



Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time:  8 mins
Serves: 2

Ingredients
Button Mushrooms (stems removed)150g

For Pesto sauce
Basil 50 g
Garlic 2-3 pods
Walnuts 25g
Salt to taste
Olive oil 2 tbsp

For the Stuffing
Cheese grated 50 g
Garlic minced 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp

For Serving 
Mixed Colourful Peppers medium Chopped 100g

Method
For the Pesto
In a grinder jar of the mixer add all the ingredients of the pesto and churn it until it becomes creamy.
Take it out in a bowl.

For the Stuffing
Add all the Ingredients of the Stuffing to the pesto paste and mix it thoroughly.

Finale
Take the mushrooms and fill each piece with the stuffing and place it on a nonstick baking tray or on a parchment paper on a baking tray.
Grill it for 8-10 mins.
While the mushrooms are grilled, saute the colourful peppers in a pan with butter.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Take out the Mushrooms and serve hot with the colourful peppers.
