How to make Keto Marinara Sauce

I make a quick Marinara sauce. This requires very little time and taste same as the original.  Prepare and store this so when required one can use it.


Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Serves: 20 servings
Ingredients
Tomato 1 kg
Garlic cloves finely chopped 7-8
Salt to taste
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Basil leaves a few.

Method

  • In a chopper or food processor just chop the tomatoes.
  • Heat a pan, add Olive oil.
  • Then add garlic to it, saute it.
  • Then add the tomato paste,
  • Then add churned tomatoes.
  • Add salt to it.
  • Then add basil dry or fresh cut and Saute it.
  • Let it cook until it thickens and become half about 15 mins. 
  • Cool and store in the refrigerator.
  • Use when needed.
