Happy Diwali to my Viewers. Keto Condensed Milk Malai ladoo is an easy dish and a melt in mouth ladoos. So this Diwali make and have a blissful time. Enjoy!!!
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins for Condensed Milk & 10 mins for Malai Ladoos
Serves: 15 pieces
Ingredients
For Condensed Milk

Cream 200g
Butter 40g
Ghee 1 tbsp
Stevia 1 cup
For malai ladoo
Paneer 200 g
stevia 1/4 cup
Condensed Milk 1/2 the prepared quantity
Cardamom powder2 tsp
saffron essence 1 tsp
For malai ladoo
Paneer 200 g
stevia 1/4 cup
Condensed Milk 1/2 the prepared quantity
Cardamom powder2 tsp
saffron essence 1 tsp
Method
In a saucepan add cream butter and stevia.
Stir and cook until it becomes half, on a slow flame.
Let it cool.
Now take another nonstick pan Add ghee to it.
Add cottage cheese/paneer and saute for 5 mins until ghee separates.
Now add the cream to it and let it cook until the ghee separates out.
Add cardamom powder and the remaining stevia to it.
Saute it for another 2 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and the remaining stevia to it.
Saute it for another 2 minutes.
Add Saffron essence to it.
Now let it cool.
Add in a mixer grinder and churn it so that it becomes light and fluffy.
Take it out in a bowl.
Take small portions and make as many balls / ladoos according to your mood.
Sprinkle some cardamom powder on top of each ladoo.
Store it in the refrigerator and one can have this for a week.
