This Eggless Omelette is really easy to prepare and very tasty too. This I have as a meal or as a snack too. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
Cheese Slices 4 pc
Coloured Capsicums finely chopped 40 gm
Onion finely chopped 20g
Green chillies finely chopped 1 tsp
Instant Tadka masala/Mixed spice 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Oil 4 tsp
Method
On a nonstick griddle or tawa, place the cheese slices side by side as shown in the video.
Sprinkle the capsicums, onions, green chillies, herb of your choice, salt and pepper powder.
Sprinkle oil over the veggies and also at the sides of the slices.
Let it cook on medium to slow flame until golden.
With the spatula scrape the sides of the omelette from all the sides and toss it around.
Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Take it out on a Serving plate.
Enjoy!!
