Ingredients
Oyster mushroom 200g
Spinach leaves 60g
Garlic diced 4 pods
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Peppercorns freshly crushed
Star anise seed 1piece(optional)
Salt to taste
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Instructions:
Wash thoroughly the oyster mushrooms and with the help of hand tear each into lengthwise like strips.
Heat a wok.
Add oil to it and heat it.
Add Star Anise seed(optional)
Add garlic and mushrooms to it.
Saute it, water will Seep out as it cooks and become tender.
Slowly the water will start drying add the Spinach leaves and salt and Saute it.
Saute till the leaves become wilted and the water dries up.
Then add the lemon juice and Saute for 30 seconds.
Serve hot garnished with Black peppercorn powder and your choice of Keto rice or Keto noodles.
