My Easy keto Breakfast for the day

Some Quick & Easy breakfasts I keep making, and Keto Bruschetta is one of them. It fulfils my macros & also gives a change from heavy cooking too.


Preparation time:5 mins
Cooking time: 3 mins
Serves: 3 Pieces

Ingredients
Paneer block 100g
Red tomatoes cherry or normal chopped 60g
Basil leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
Garlic minced 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Method

  • Slice paneer into rectangles and 1/4inch thick.
  • Now rub the paneer with a piece of garlic sliced from the middle.
  • Sprinkle olive oil, salt and black pepper powder over it and keep aside for 2 mins.
  • Mix the chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil leaves, salt, oil, and black pepper thoroughly.
  • Now heat a grill pan and place the paneer slices on it.\
  • Grill it from both sides.
  • Take it out on a Serving plate and spread a portion of the prepared mix over it.
  • Enjoy !!!
