Radish Grated from the big hole 250g
Cheese grated 100g
Cheese grated 100g
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger & Garlic powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped optional
Oil 3 tbsp for frying
Method
- Take the Grated Radish and let it stand for 10 mins.
- Now take a palm full of Radish and squeeze tightly, so that water seeps out as much possible. Do it in batches until complete.
- Now put the mixture in a bowl add all the remaining ingredients except oil, and mix it thoroughly.
- Take a handful of mix and make oblong shape patties, similarly, make all the patties and keep it aside.
- Heat a nonstick pan, and spread oil on it, and put the patties to cook on it.
- Drizzle of oil and let it cook for 5 or more minutes until it becomes crispy.
- Turn and cook from the other side too.
- Prepare in this way all your Hash Brown.
- Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
- Enjoy!!!
