For the mixture
Paneer 200g
Cheese grated 100g
Red chilli powder1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
For the dry mix
Coriander finely chopped or any fresh herb finely chopped
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Pizza Seasoning powder 1 tsp

Method
For the mixture
- In a grinder jar of the mixer add all the ingredients of the mixture and churn it.
- Take the mixture out in a bowl
- Now grease your palm and make small balls out of the mixture and place it on the plate.
- Refrigerate these balls for at least 1/2 hr.
For the dry mix
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a plate.
Assembling
- Take out the pizza bomb and roll it over the dry mixture and keep aside on a serving tray.
- Do this step for all the pizza bomb.
- Serve like this or with a dip if you want.
