The most interesting and tasty smoothie I ever had, cannot believe my tastebuds enjoyed it to the hilt. With no hint of Spongegourd, a good way of incorporating this vegetable in our diet and good for children and family members who detest thus vegetable.

Serves: 2
Ingredients
Sponge gourd 200g
Smoothie 1
Cottage cheese 50g
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Cream 50g
Water 100 g
Stevia sugarfree 1 tbsp
Ice 7-8 cubes
Smoothie 2
Isolate protein whey 1 scoop
Stevia sugarfree 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Water 150g
Ice 7-8 cubes
Method
Cut the Spongegourd into small pieces and steam it for 3 mins in a microwave or steam it on a gas stove till tender.
Let it cool.
Smoothie 1
In a blender add half the steamed Spongegourd and all the ingredients of the smoothie 1.
Churn it and serve chilled
Smoothie 2
In a blender add half the steamed Spongegourd and all the ingredients of the smoothie 2
