Keto Crepe Eggless

This dessert or sweet can be had as a breakfast or one can have as a sweet dish too. In India, it is commonly known as Pura.


Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 5 mins each
Serves: 6

Ingredients
For the Pumpkin spice mix
Cinnamon stick powder 1 tsp
Cloves  1/4 tsp
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Ginger powder 1/4 tsp

Pumpkin chopped 150 g
walnut 40g
Almond flour 1/4 cup
Flaxseed flour 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Pumpkin spice masala 1/2 tsp
Salt a pinch
Stevia sugarfree 2 tbsp
Coconut milk 100ml

For pumpkin spice sauce
Butter 40g
Stevia 3 tbsp
Pumpkin spice 1/2tsp
Water 50 g

Finale
Oil 3 tbsp

Method

  • Take a mixy jar and add all the dry ingredients viz almond flour, flaxseed flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice mix, salt and churn it.
  • Take it out in a mixing bowl
  • Steam the pumpkin pieces and puree it.
  • Take it out in the dry mix bowl. Add coconut milk and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mixture, the batter is of a thick consistency type.

For Pumpkin spice sauce

  • In a pan Add butter, stevia, Pumpkin spice and water, give a boil and keep it aside

Finale

  • In a nonstick pan drop a ladleful of batter and some oil. Rotate or let it spread by itself.
  • Cook from one side and then cook from the other side too.
  • Take it out and serve hot with the prepared Pumpkin spice sauce.
  • Enjoy!!!
