Bulletproof Coffee is one drink, I enjoy, and it satiated my craving also. It is a drink which can be easily prepared and keeps you full when you are running for a time also.
Preparation time: 5 mins
Blending time: 30-45 secs
Serves: 1
Ingredients
Brewed or Instant Coffee water mix 1 & 1/2 cup
Unsalted Butter/ghee 10
MCT oil 2 tsp/1 tbsp
Stevia 1 tsp optional
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp optional
Rock salt a pinch
Method
In a blender jar, put all the ingredients and blend for at least 30-45 seconds, depending upon the wattage of the blender.
Pour it in a Cup and Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
One can add cinnamon, 1/4 tsp, or almond milk even, to create variations.
