Eid Special Keto Sheer Khurma

Eid is just going to be celebrated in a few days. The emergence of the New Moon after the whole holy month of fasting is celebrated as Eid with a very famous sweet dish. And that dish is Sheer khurma. And the keto sheer khurma is truly unbeatable in taste and is also very easy to prepare.


Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 5

 Ingredients
Almonds blanched  &sliced 2 tbsp
Pistachio sliced 2 tbsp
Charoli seeds 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
Ghee 1/2 tbsp
Almond milk 200 ml
Fresh cream 100ml
Saffron strand a few
Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Stevia erythritol mix 1/3 cup

Finale
Almond slivers 1 tsp
pistachios 1 tsp

Dried rose petals a few

Method
Heat a nonstick pan. Add ghee to it.
Now add all the nuts and seeds to it fry it for a minute.
Then add the desiccated coconut and saute for a few minutes until crisp.
Now add the almond milk, slowly and stir it.
 Then add the cream to it and stir it.
cook on medium flame stirring intermittently. Then add the remaining ingredients one by one and cook for another few minutes. Shut the stove and let it cool.
Transfer the Sheer khurma in a big bowl.

Finale
 Decorate with the chopped nuts and the rose petal. Chull it in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy!!!
