Method
In a big mixing bowl mix all the ingredients thoroughly until it forms a dough like.
Grease your palm with oil.
Take a skewer and a portion of the dough and roll out the mix over the stick in a cylindrical manner.

Heat a grill pan and grease with oil with a brush.
Now put the kebab sticks on it, and let it cook on medium to slow flame from all sides.
