These nuts and seeds filled sweets is really a bomb. One can carry also without any hassle of storing in the fridge. It keeps your small hunger at bay. It's full of nutrients and also has a very high health quotient. It's very easy to make So go on and make it and enjoy!!!



Preparation time: 25 mins
Serves: 16 pieces

Ingredients
Peanuts with skin 100g
Ghee/ Vegan butter 2 tbsp
Almonds 50
Sunflower seeds 25g
Pumpkin seeds 25g
Walnuts 50g
Pistachios 50g
Erythritol 1/4 cup

Method

  • In a jar of the mixer add the salted peanuts and pulse it roughly for 2 mins intermittently.
  • Now add some ghee, and churn again until the mixture becomes creamy.
  • Microwave  the peanut butter for 30 secs
  • Now in a mixing  bowl add all the nuts and seeds, mix  and then roughly pulse them in a food processor
  • Now mix it thoroughly
  • Grease your palm and take small portions out of it and make balls out of it. Take it out in a bowl and add erythritol  and the freshly made peanut butter.
  • Store it in an airtight container.
  • Take it out for those small hunger and Enjoy!!!

Recipes Notes

  • Alternately press in muffin moulds.
  • One can store for 15 days at room temperature.
