My Favorite Keto French Fries | Green Papaya Fries

French fries put me in a ditsy corner. I enjoy and miss my French fries like anything, This is my third Recipe in the French fries list. And make it yourself and enjoy a different taste in the French fries categories. I would say it's not bad. When following keto diet Imagination is at 200% working, creating dishes which we are used to, and let's say the TRUTH, one has to develop the taste of this keto stuff, in an interesting way. And to live happily ever after.  So in all, I can say I LOVE THESE KETO FRIES... YUMMM!!!



Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Serves: 5

Ingredients
Green papaya cut into elongated finger shapes 400g
Olive oil1/4 c
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
Garam masala
Black pepper powder
Raw papayas 400g
Almond flour 2 tbsp

Method
Blanch the papaya strips in boiling water and hang it on a sieve.
In a mixing bowl add in all the remaining ingredients except the almond flour.
Now in a mixing bowl drop the blanched papaya fingers and the oil mixture.
Add in the almond flour and lightly toss it.
