Ingredients

Bulgur wheat/broken wheat 1/4 cup
Boiling hot water
Step 2
For Ras el hanout spice
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
• 1/2 tsp coriander seeds powder
• 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp allspice powder
• 1/4 tsp cloves powder

Coriander leaves finely chopped 50g
Mint leaves finely chopped 5pg
Tomatoes chopped 1 medium
Onion chopped 1 medium
Green capsicum 1/2 chopped
Green onions 3 pieces finely chopped
Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Olive oil 3 tbsp

Method
Step 1
- In a mixing bowl add the bulgur wheat and hot boiling water.
- Cover and let it stand for 30 mins.
Step 2
Making of Spice Ras el hanout
- Add all the spices and mix it thoroughly.
- Store it in an airtight container.
Step 3
- In a mixing bowl add in all the vegetables.
- Then add the bulgur wheat, if there's extra water sieve it.
- Now add 1 &1/2 tsp of Ras el hanout spice.
- Add in the lemon juice, salt and the olive oil.
- Give it a good mix and serve it.
- Enjoy!!!
