Ginger
finely chopped 1 tbsp
Barley
soaked overnight 1/2 cup
Yellow
split dal 1/4 cup
Turmeric
powder 1/2 tsp
Red
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1
tsp
Coriander
powder 1 tsp
Boiling
hot water 2 cups
French
beans 50g
Cauliflower
florets 50g
Carrots
chopped 50g
Pumpkin
chopped 50g
Peas 25g
Method
In a
pressure pan adds in the ingredients in the order mentioned and saute it in between.
Give 2
whistles
After the pressure is released from the pan
Take it
out
Serve hot
with roasted papads.
