time and my fruit basket are filled with juicy Colourful fruits. Peaches with its fuzzy and eye-catching looks
are mesmerizing. One simply wants to
engulf the tastebuds with this juicy fruit. And to have it in the cake with
coffee enhances the flavours of the peaches.

flour 1 cup

powder 1 tsp
Baking
soda 1/2 tsp
Salt a
pinch

thin wedges 2 medium
Sugar powdered 1 tbsp

Method
- In a big mixing bowl, add all the wet ingredients and mix it thoroughly.
- Then put a sieve on top of the mixing bowl.
- Add the wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Sieve it.
- Remove the sieve and mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients thoroughly.
Finale
- Now grease a baking dish with oil.
- Dust it with the flour.
- Drop the batter into it.
- Shake it a bit, so that the batter flattens out a bit.
- Now place the peach wedges in such a way that it covers up all the batter from the top.
- Bake it at 190°c for 20- 25 mins.
- Take it out and ket it cool
- Dust it with the powdered sugar with the help of a fine sieve.
- Serve it with tea or coffee.
- Enjoy!!!
