I love truffle in any shape and any flavor. But this one is special to me, as this has all the three Special ingredients which I absolutely love it, that is pineapple, cranberries, and chocolate. What more can one ask for? Enjoy!!!
Preparation time: 30 mins
Freezing time: 30 mins
Microwaving time: 1 min
Serves: 25 pieces
Ingredients
Pineapple cream biscuits 200g
Cream cheese 100g
Cranberries dried 25g
Dark chocolate compound 50g
Method
- In a mixer, jar put all the cream biscuit and grind it to a fine powder.
- Take out the powder in a big mixing bowl.
- Add cream cheese and cranberries.
- Mix it up thoroughly and form a dough.
- Refrigerate for 10 mins.
- Take it out and make small balls out of it about 1 tbsp size.
- Put the balls on a parchment sheet or butter paper on a tray and again freeze it for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, take the dark chocolate compound in a bowl and add butter and melt it in a microwave for 30 sec and again 30 sec. Mix it thoroughly. It will form a liquid.
- Now after 15 mins take out the freezer dough balls and drop each ball in the chocolate dip and cover it up from all sides with the help of a spoon. Place each ball on the parchment sheet and keeping space between the balls and freeze for 10 minutes again.
- Now take it out.
- The Truffles are ready to be eaten.
