1 Ingredient Keto Bread loaf (0.3g Net Carb)

It's always my dream to bake a loaf of bread and this one an Eggless and a single ingredient and plus nearly to zero carbs is a dream cum true. Happiness is a Bliss, which you will enjoy making, baking and eating this bread loaf.  Such a super-easy bread loaf is now a regular at my house. And one can infuse flavors and spices to enjoy one own favorite.


Preparation time: 10 mins
Baking time: 45-50 mins
Serves: 10 slices

Ingredients
Flaxseed flour 190g
(200g flaxseeds yield 190g of flour)
Water 1 cup
Optional sesame white and black seeds mix 1 tsp

Method
  • Preheat the oven to 200°c
  • If using flaxseeds grind it into powder form.
  • Pass it through a sieve even if its market bought.
  • Take the flax meal in a big mixing bowl
  • Add room temperature water to it
  • Mix it softly.
  • Cover and keep aside for 2..3 minutes
  • Grease a baking loaf tray
  • Put a parchment sheet over it.
  • Uncover the bowl lid.
  • Gently pat the dough to form a log or loaf shape
  • Remove any visible cracks
  • Transfer it into the baking tray.
  • Now brush some water on top.
  • Sprinkle some black and white sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake for 45-50 mins at 200° c.
  • Take it out and k
  • let it rests for half an hour.
  • Slice it into 1/2 inch slices.
  • Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
