Cucumber Chatpata Shots | Healthy Normal & Keto Version Too


Preparation time: 15 mins
Serves: 5-6 pieces

Ingredients
Step 1
Common for both versions
Cucumber 200g

Step 2
Healthy Normal Nonketo version
Tomatoes finely chopped 2tsp
Onions finely chopped 2tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 2tsp
Roasted peanuts 2tsp
Tamarind chutney/tomato sauce2 tsp
Green coriander mint chutney 2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Pink salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2-1 tsp

Final
Fine sev/bhujia
Roasted peanuts 1 tsp
Green chutney 1 tsp

Step 2a
Keto version
Tomatoes finely chopped 2tsp
Onions finely chopped 2tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 2tsp
Roasted peanuts 2tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Green coriander mint chutney 2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Pink salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2-1 tsp

Final
Roasted peanuts 1 tsp
Green chutney 1 tsp

Method
Step 1
Common for both the versions
  • Wash the cucumber and cut its edges and peel off the skin.
  • Slice it into 1 & 1/2-2 inches pieces as shown in the video.
  • Now scoop the soft portion from the middle keeping the base intact with the help of a knife.


Step 2
Healthy Normal Nonketo version
  • Now in a mixing bowl mix all the remaining ingredients.
  • In a serving plate put the cucumber shells over it and fill it up with the mixture.


Final
  • Sprinkle some sev/bhujia over it and drop a drop of green chutney and peanut and serve.
  • Enjoy!!!
