Banana is
a storehouse of vitamins and minerals, especially the electrolytes. And the raw
bananas can be eaten by diabetic people too. Make these very easy banana fritters fried or in the air fryer and enjoy.

Serves: 9 pieces
Ingredients
Boiled
steamed Banana 200g
Green
chilli finely chopped 1 tsp
Ginger
finely chopped 1 tsp
Mint
leaves 40 g
Rock salt
1 tsp
Cumin
powder 1 tsp
Red
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg
powder 1/8 tsp
Coriander
powder 1/2 tsp
Cardamom
powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon
juice 1
Sama rice
flour/barnyard millet 1/3 cup
Finale
Oil for
frying/2tsp oil fir air fryer
Juliennes
of carrot and radishes
Method
In a
mixing bowl add the steamed/boiled peeled bananas
Mash it
well or grate it.
Now add
all the ingredients one by one and mix it thoroughly.
Roll out
into small balls.
Finale
Heat the
oil in a frying pan and when it us medium hot, drop some of the banana balls
into it and fry till golden. Repeat for the remaining balls too.
Alternately,
grease lightly all the balls in oil and air fry till golden in colour at 200
for 20 mins in the hairdryer, tossing and turning in between once after 10 minutes.
Serve hot
on a bed of carrots and radish juliannes with dips of your choice.
