received so many requests regarding this recipe. And here comes the Diwali
Special Episode of The Keto Bikaneri Bhujia. This is for all of you, My
Viewers, who keep me ON.

Preparation
time: 10 mins
Cooking
time: 15 mins
Serves: 20 tbsp
Ingredients
Almond
flour 1 & 1/2 cup
Salt 1
tsp
Red
chili powder 1/2 - 1 tsp
Black
pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric
powder 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
powder 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg
powder 1/4 tsp
Clove
powder 1/4 tsp
Xanthan
gum powder 2 tsp
Water 2-
3 tbsp
Finale
Ghee/olive
oil for frying
Method
In a
mixing bowl, add the ingredients one by one except water and mix it thoroughly.
While
mixing, add the water very carefully and make a medium stiff dough.
Give a
good kneading at least for 1-2 minutes.
Now take
the snack maker and grease it properly.
Screw the
bhujia maker ring in it and fill it with a portion of the dough.
Screw the
top portion even.
Finale
Heat the
oil or ghee to medium temperature
Now roll
or pump the snackmaker depending upon the make and drop some noodle style dough
coming out of it in the hot oil.
Let it
fry for few seconds and then toss and turn.
Let it
get cooked
Take it
out in a kitchen towel.
Follow
this method until one finishes the dough.
Transfer
the hot bhujia in a bowl, let it cool and then crush it with the help of hands.
Let it
cool.
Enjoy
