Ingredients
In the order

chilies finely chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger
finely chopped 1/2 tbsp
Garlic
finely chopped 1 tbsp
Beetroot
250g
Salt 1
tsp
Peanut
powder 2 tbsp
Potato
boiled & mashed 200g
Cumin
powder 1 tsp
Red
chili powder 1 tsp
Garam
masala/allspice 1/2 tsp
Mango
powder 1 tsp
Oats
flour 2 tbsp
Step 2
Cheese
50g
Sesame
seeds 3 tbsp
Step 3
Oil 2
tbsp
Method
In the order
Step 1
- Heat a nonstick pan.
- Add-in all the ingredients one by one and saute in between.
- Saute the beetroot mixture until it becomes tender.
- Take out the mixture in a bowl and let it cool.
Step 2
- Take a small portion of the mixture, flatten it out.
- Put a piece of cheese cube in-between.
- Cover it up and flatten it to give a patties/kebab shape.
- Rollover the sesame seeds
- Keep it aside.
- Similarly in this way roll out all the patties.
Step 3
- Heat a nonstick pan,
- Grease it with oil.
- Place the cutlets over it.
- Cook it from both sides until crispy.
- Similarly cook all the cutlets
- Take it out and serve hot.
- Enjoy!!!
