Serves: 12 muffins
Ingredients

All
purpose flour/maida 1 cup
Oats
flour 1/2 cup
Baking
powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
Baking
soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1
tsp
Step 2
Wet
Ingredients bowl
Oil 12
cup
Curd 1/2
cup
Milk 12
cup
Garlic
minced 1 tbsp
Corn
kernels 200g
Cheese
80g
Thyme
herb 1 tsp
Finale
Oil 1tbsp
Red
chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
- Put a sieve on a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and sieve it.
- In a big mixing bowl mix all the ingredients one by one thoroughly.
- Preheat the oven to 180°c.
- Now mix the dry ingredients in the wet ingredient bowl.
- Grease the muffin moulds.
- Fill the moulds 3/4th.
- Bake at 180°c for 15 mins and then bake at 200°c for 10 mins.
- Take it out.
- Do the toothpick test. If it's clear,it means it's done.
- If not bake for 5 mins more.
- Take it out and cool it.
- Enjoy!!!
