These vegan energy bites are fully loaded with nuts and seeds. They are healthy and low in sugars too. A very good quick snack after workouts or for those small hunger pangs too. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
Pistachios
50g
Almonds
50g
Walnuts
50g
Sunflower
& pumpkin seeds mix 50g
Cardamom
powder 1 tsp
Medjool
dates deseeded 100g
Honey 1/2
cup
Method
- Blend coarsely all the nuts and seeds in a chopper or food processor coarsely.
- Take it out in a bowl.
- Add cardamom powder and mix it.
- Now make a paste of Medjool dates and honey in a blender
- Put the paste over the grounded nuts and seeds mix.
- Mix it thoroughly.
- Take small portions and roll out balls of it.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Enjoy!!!
