Healthy No-Bake Energy Bites | Easy Vegan Recipe

These vegan energy bites are fully loaded with nuts and seeds. They are healthy and low in sugars too. A very good quick snack after workouts or for those small hunger pangs too. Enjoy!!!

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 18 Energy Bites

Ingredients
Pistachios 50g
Almonds 50g
Walnuts 50g
Sunflower & pumpkin seeds mix 50g
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Medjool dates deseeded 100g
Honey 1/2 cup

Method

  • Blend coarsely all the nuts and seeds in a chopper or food processor coarsely.
  • Take it out in a bowl.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix it.
  • Now make a paste of Medjool dates and honey in a blender
  • Put the paste over the grounded nuts and seeds mix.
  • Mix it thoroughly.
  • Take small portions and roll out balls of it.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Enjoy!!!
