4 Keto Easy Snacks

Not 1 or 2 or 3 but simply 4 easy snacks ready to change your snacking habits guiltfree.These Keto simple easy to make snacks are so easy that it will become a regular item in your menu as it's for me. They can be had as a breakfast, side snacks or as finger food, or as a carrying food too. Enjoy!!!



1.  Keto No-Bake Pizza Bomb

Preparation time: 10 mins
Resting time: 30 mins
Serves: 9 balls

Ingredients 
For the mixture
Paneer 200g
Cheese grated 100g
Red chilli powder1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

For the dry mix
Coriander finely chopped or any fresh herb finely chopped
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Pizza Seasoning powder 1 tsp

Assembling

Oil for greasing palms

Method

For the mixture
  • In a grinder jar of the mixer add all the ingredients of the mixture and churn it.
  • Take the mixture out in a bowl
  • Now grease your palm and make small balls out of the mixture and place it on the plate.
  • Refrigerate these balls for at least 1/2 hr.
For the dry mix
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a plate.
Assembling
  • Take out the pizza bomb and roll it over the dry mixture and keep aside on a serving tray.
  • Do this step for all the pizza bomb.
  • Serve like this or with a dip if you want.
  • Enjoy!!!

2. Keto Super easy Snack
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time:  8 mins
Serves: 4

Ingredients 
Cheese grated 120g
Green beans/French beans 100g
Salt to taste
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp

Method

On a non-stick tray or parchment paper spread one layer of the cheese in round shape.
Spread out 4 rounds, pat it flat.
Now sprinkle fistful french beans. Season with salt, chilli flakes and herbs.
Put it to grill for 8 mins.
Take it out and serve hot.

3. Keto Golden Paneer Nuggets

Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 4 in total15-16 pieces

Ingredients
Paneer cut into cubes 200g
Almond flour 1 tbsp
Flaxseed flour 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
 Method


  • Take a lidded bowl, add the paneer pieces and oil In the bowl and cover with the lid and shake it thoroughly.
  • In another small bowl add all the remaining ingredients and mix it properly.
  • Take each single cubes of paneer and roll it over the mix and place it on a nonstick baking tray or parchment paper.
  • Grill it for 8 - 10 mins.
  • Take it out and serve hot with your choice of dip.

4.  Keto Cheese Cupcakes
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes

Ingredients
Cheese slices 4
Herbs and spices of choice

Method
  • Take Silicone muffin moulds
  • Grease it.
  • Remove the wrapper of the cheese slice and cut the cheese slice into 4 pieces.
  • Put slices of cheese into the mould on top of each other like a stack.
  • Microwave for 60-90 sec.
  • Take it out and let it cool.
  • Demould it and enjoy.
Variations:
  • I added red chilli flakes in one
  • In another added pizza spice.
  • In another added finely chopped  coriander leaves
  • When we add different spices add it after 2 layers and then sprinkle some on top.
  • This goes for the freshly chopped veggies even.
Recipe notes: 
Different brands of cheese slice will rise differently. I used Amul cheese slices which rose maximum.
