Winter starts and these Gingerbread cookies become one of my favorite cookies to relish. And being on keto does not mean this cookie is out. So devour these keto gingerbread eggless cookies as I am doing it. Enjoy!!!
Cooking time: 10-12 mins
Serves: 11 pieces
Ingredients
Almond
flour 1 cup
Ginger
powder 2 tsp
Sugarfree
stevia 3 tbsp.
Cinamon
powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg
powder 1/4 tsp
Clove
powder 1/2 tsp
Butter
40g
Vanilla
essence 1/2 tsp
Method
Preheat
the oven to 180c
In a
mixing bowl add in all the ingredients one by one except the butter and vanilla
essence.
Mix it
thoroughly
Now add
in the butter and vanilla essence and make a soft dough out of it.
Now take
small portions and roll out balls and flatten a bit and place it on a nonstick baking tray or on the parchment
paper layered baking tray.
Similarly
roll out all the discs.
Now make
impression with a fork or cookie designer or as I have used a fryer.
Make on
all the cookies.
Bake it
in the oven at 180c for 10-12 mins.
Take it
out and let it rest for 15 mins.
