Gingerbread

Ingredients

Pumpkin
200g
Step 2
Rolled
oats 1/2 cup
Quinoa seeds 1/2 cup
Clove 1/2
tsp
Nutmeg
1/4 tsp
Ginger
Cinamon
powder 1/2 tsp
Salt a
pinch
Brown
sugar 2 tbsp
Baking
powder 1 tsp
Milk
1/4cup
Apple
cider vinegar 1 tbsp
Pumpkin
Method
Step 1
- Steam it boul the pumpkins and mash it with a masher.
Step 2
- In a mixer jar adds all the dry ingredients and churn it.
- Then add all the wet ingredients and churn it.
- Now take out the batter in a bowl.
- Add the mashed pumpkin to it.
- Mix it thoroughly.
- Heat a nonstick pan and drop a dollop of batter.
- Let it cook on medium to slow flame.
- Bubbles will form.
- Let it cook until golden colour.
- Toss and turn and cook from the other side too.
- Serve hot with white chocolate chips and honey.
- Enjoy!!!
