Tasty Tangy Cornflakes Chaat

Staying in any part of the world but not India, and missing those yummy delicious curd chaat? Now, no more. Make this very east tasty, tangy chaat with all the easily available ingredients anywhere you stay and relish the taste of chatpataness in style.

Ingredients
Step 1
Curd 100g
Sugar powder 1 tbsp

Step 2
Tomato 1 medium finely chopped
Onion 1 medium finely chopped
Potato boiled 2 medium chopped
Cumin powder  1/2 tsp
Rock salt powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Tamarind sweet chutney  1 tbsp/lemon and  sugar mix 1 tbsp

Cornflakes 1 cup
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Rock salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Corriander leaves finely chopped  2 tbsp
Tamarind sweet chutney  1 tbsp/lemon and  sugar mix 1 tbsp
Coriander mint chutney 1 tsp

Method
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl add the curd and sugar and mix it and keep it aside.

Step 2
In a mixing bowl add in all the ingredients and give it a magic mix.

Step 3
Basically the chaat gets its flavour from layering.
Take a big serving bowl.
So we will first layer the step 2 mix1/2 of it in it.
Now we will sprinkle the masala powder one by one.
