The Best Keto Eggless Brownies | Low Carb & Vegan

One of my favorite, tastiest and easiest, where one can't go wrong is THIS ...Keto Eggless Brownies. The perfect dessert to make for your Valentine.  And it's so yummy and gooey that you won't stop at one. And you can make this vegan by using vegan or plant protein. Enjoy!!!

Preparation time: 10 mins Baking time: 15 mins Serves: 16 pieces

Ingredients
Step 1
Flaxseed flour 1/4 cup
Water 3/cup

Step 2
Almond flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Sweetener erythritol 3/4 cup
Isolate whey protein any flavor 1/2 scoop
Walnuts roughly chopped 4 tbsp

Step 3
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp

Method
  • Preheat the oven to 180c
Step 1
  • Mix the ingredients in a small bowl and keep it aside.
Step 2
  • In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients keeping half the walnuts aside for future use and give it a magic mix.
Step 3
  • The flaxseed flour mixture of step 1 has now gelled up. So add all the other ingredients in the flaxseed mixture bowl and give it a magic mix.
Finale
  • Now pour the flaxseed mixture ingredients into the dry ingredient bowl and give it a magic mix.
  • Grease a baking dish and put a parchment sheet.
  • Grease the parchment sheet also.
  • Pour in the batter and flatten it out.
  • Now decorate it with the remaining walnuts by sprinkling over the batter.
  • Bake at 180c for 15 mins.
  • Take it out and let it cools completely.
  • After cooling take it out from the pan and with the help if a fine knife slice it into pieces.
  • Eat according to one's macro and store the rest in the refrigerator.
  • Enjoy!!!
