Method
- Slice the cucumber longitudinal wide with the skin on.
- Scoop out the seeded portion, keeping the outer cover intact.
- Now in a mixing bowl mix all the remaining ingredients and give it a magic mix.
- Fill the hollowed portion of the cucumber and the cut 3/4 inch thickness horizontally.
- Serve on a plate.
- Enjoy!!!

Mayonnaise

Sriracha
sauce 1/2 tbsp
Black
olives 7 pieces
Sesame
seeds white & black 1 tbsp each
Method
- In a mixing bowl add in the cheese, mayonnaise and sriracha sauce and give it a magic mix.
- Now in a small plate make a mixture of black and white sesame
- Take a small portion of the mix to flatten it a bit and stuff a black olive in it. Cover it up and roll into a ball shape.
- Now roll it over the sesame seeds mix.
- Similarly, do it for the remaining batter mixture.
- Serve on a plate.
- Enjoy!!!
