These appetizers are so easy and equally delicious and fulfills all cravings of hunger whether small or big. And the best part is they don't require any stovetop cooking or baking, even children can make this and also its a very good finger foods for the party also. And those who are not on keto can also enjoy snacking on these lovely appetizers.



1.Creamy cheese Cucumber Bites
Preparation time: 10 mins
Serve: 2

Ingredients
Cucumber 150g
Cottage cheese 50g
Walnuts 1/2 tbsp
Spring onions 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp


Method


  • Slice the cucumber longitudinal wide with the skin on.
  • Scoop out the seeded portion, keeping the outer cover intact.
  • Now in a mixing bowl mix all the remaining ingredients and give it a magic mix.
  • Fill the hollowed portion of the cucumber and the cut 3/4 inch thickness horizontally.
  • Serve on a plate.
  • Enjoy!!!

For the Creamy cheese Cucumber bite, one can make the stuffing and can store it in the fridge and stuff the cucumber  when eating fresh

2.Sesame Cheese Balls
Preparation time: 5 mins
Serve: 7 cheese balls

Ingredients
Cheese 150g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Sriracha sauce 1/2 tbsp
Black olives 7 pieces
Sesame seeds white & black 1 tbsp each

Method

  • In a mixing bowl add in the cheese, mayonnaise and sriracha sauce and give it a magic mix.
  • Now in a small plate make a mixture of black and white sesame 
  • Take a small portion of the mix to flatten it a bit and stuff a black olive in it. Cover it up and roll into a ball shape.
  • Now roll it over the sesame seeds mix.
  • Similarly, do it for the remaining batter mixture.
  • Serve on a plate.
  • Enjoy!!!
