Ingredients
Step 1
Puffed
amaranth 1 cup
Roasted
mix of almonds and walnuts roughly chopped 1/2 cup
Dried
cranberries 1/2 cup
Step 2
Warm
Butter 50g
Warm
honey 100g
Warm
peanut butter 100g
Method
- Line a 8inch square tin with butter paper and grease it.
- Keep it aside
Step 1
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients of step 1 and mix it thoroughly.
Step 2
- In a big bowl add in all the warmed ingredients and give it a magic mix.
Finale
- Drop the dry ingredients mix into the wet ingredient bowl and mix it thoroughly.
- Now take out this mix in the greased tin.
- And press it hard, removing any air and packing it, so that it forms an even layer.
- Refrigerate it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Take it out and cut into desired shapes of 8/12/16.
- Serve and Enjoy.
- Store it in an airtight container.
