Easy Keto Eggless Brownie in 90 Sec | Vegan & Low Carb

If brownies are your favorite then you will love this keto brownie which is so easy to prepare and can be prepared anytime in total just 6 mins only. 


Preparation time: 4-5 mins  
Cooking time:: 90 secs
Serve:1

Ingredients

Roasted peanuts 1/4 cup/peanut butter 2 tbsp
Flaxmeal 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder unsweetened 2 tbsp
Stevia 2 tbsp

Finale

90% dark chocolate 1 tbsp
Walnuts chopped 1 tbsp

Method
Roast the peanuts with skin in air fryer or grilling until crisp.
Transfer 1/4 cup in a mixer jar and proceed to form peanut butter.
Or alternately add peanut butter if you have it ready in a mixer jar.
Add-in all the other ingredients and give a good churn.
Grease a ceramic microwave-safe mug.
Transfer the batter in it.

Finale
Add half the chocolate pieces and walnuts and mix it in the batter.
Sprinkle the remaining on top.
Microwave for 60-90 sec.
Take it out.
