This one recipe is close to my heart, have made many times, and had enjoyed making this in a jiffy too as packed snacks/lunch too.
Preparation time: 15 mins
Grilling time: 10 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients
Step1
Paneer 250g
Cheese 100g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Oregano fresh/dry herb few sprigs
Oil 2 tbsp
Step2
Jalapeno 250g
Oil 1 tbsp
Method
Step1
- In a bowl add all the ingredients one by one and give a magic mix.
Step 2
- In another bowl with lid add the sliced seeded jalapeno as shown in the video.
- Add oil to the bowl.
- Cover the lid properly and give a magic shake.
- Now take a baking trait nonstick then put a parchment sheet.
- Now stuff each halved jalapenos with the prepared stuffing and place it on the baking tray.
- Similarly, stuff all the jalapenos.
- Grill for 10 mins in an oven on the upper rack.
- Take it out and serve hot.
- Enjoy!!!
