Keto Peanut Brittle/Low Carb Chikki

The perfect recipe for the lockdown when one want to nibble something without worrying for the sugars. Enjoy!!!

Preparation time:  5 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Resting time: 3 hrs
Serve: 10 pieces


Ingredients
Butter 75g
Stevia 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder 3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Peanuts 1 cup

Method
  • Heat a pan add butter to it.
  • Add stevia to it.
  • Now stir continuously and cook until it becomes brown and get caramelized.
  • Add cardamom powder and turmeric powder and stir. Add peanuts to it.
  • Cook for a few seconds.
  • Take a tray put a parchment sheet.
  • Transfer the peanuts mix over the paper and spread it out with the help of a spatula.
  • Flatten it out
  • Let it cool and then refrigerate for 2 hours
  • Take it out and break the pieces.
  • Store in an airtight container
  • Enjoy!!!
