Ingredients
Butter
75g
Stevia
1/4 cup
Cardamom
powder 3/4 tsp
Turmeric
powder 1/4 tsp
Peanuts 1
cup
Method
- Heat a pan add butter to it.
- Add stevia to it.
- Now stir continuously and cook until it becomes brown and get caramelized.
- Add cardamom powder and turmeric powder and stir. Add peanuts to it.
- Cook for a few seconds.
- Take a tray put a parchment sheet.
- Transfer the peanuts mix over the paper and spread it out with the help of a spatula.
- Flatten it out
- Let it cool and then refrigerate for 2 hours
- Take it out and break the pieces.
- Store in an airtight container
- Enjoy!!!
