WAFFLES waffles all the way. I can have these in my dreams too. They are loaded & healthy too. Kids will love this recipe and its a versatile recipe which can be had as any meal of the day. Enjoy!!
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 6-8 mins/ waffle
Serve: 3
Ingredients
Step 1
Semolina 1 cup
Cornmeal 1/4 cup
Green chillies 1 tbsp
Spring onions chopped 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Sweet corn crushed 1 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Curd 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Step 2
Oil for greasing
Method
Step 1
- In a big mixing bowl adds in all the ingredients one by one except the baking soda and give it a magic mix.
- Lastly, add the baking soda and mix well.
Step 2
- Heat the waffle maker
- Grease with oil.
- Drop the batter into it, filling it 3/4 the and close it. after 7 mins open & see.
- if it's not yet crispy & golden in colour, Cook for some more time. take it out.
- Enjoy!!!
