Making this easy & instant method for a long time, maybe almost 25 years. So thought why not share this with you all. Spinach is a storehouse of healthy nutrients. But they are sometimes time-consuming to make. But here comes an instant way of making this delicious Palak paneer. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients
Spinach washed & chopped 400g
Paneer/cottage cheese 200g
Ghee/clarified butter 3 tbsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Cloves 2-3 pieces
Cinnamon sticks 1
Garlic paste
Salt 1 tsp
Baking soda a pinch
Cream 1/2 cup
Method
Puree the spinach
heat a kadai add ghee to it
Add the cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, toast it.
Add the garlic paste and fry it
add the spinach puree and cook with little salt
Now add the paneer cubes and a little baking soda and give it a boil
Serve hot.

In the video you seem to be saying that you add ginger garlic paste, not just garlic. Which is it? And you forgot the garam masala in the written instructions. Thanks, I could eat palak paneer almost every day also!
