If you love walnuts you are gonna love this recipe. So walnutty in flavour and taste that you will not stop making this again & again. These walnut crusted paneer lollipops are full of the crunchy flavour of walnuts and very easy to make.

Serve: 3 piece
Ingredients
Step 1
Walnuts 1/2 cup
Step 2
Greek yoghurt/hung curd 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp or less
Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Step 3
Cottage cheese 200g
Oil 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1
- Ground the walnuts into a fine powder and take it out in a rimmed plate.
Step 2
- In a big mixing bowl add in all the inland give it a magic mix.
- Skewer the paneer pieces.
- Now take the paneer fingers and coat it with the marinade
- Then roll it from all sides over the walnut powder so that it gets coated from all the side.
Step 3
- Heat & grease a grill pan and put the pieces over it.
- Grill it from all the sides.
- Take it out and serve on cucumber shots by piercing it with the skewers.
- Enjoy!!!
