My Favorite Keto Mushroom Stroganoff

This recipe is very close to my heart. A very simple, easy recipe, full of the flavour and it's creamy to the hilt. Enjoy!!!

Preparation time:  10 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serve: 2

Ingredients

Mushrooms 200g

Olive oil 2 tbsp

Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp

Onion 20 gm

Thyme 1 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Mustard sauce  1/2 tsp

Greek yoghurt 1 tbsp

Fresh cream 1 tbsp

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp 


Method

  • Heat a pan.
  • Add oil to it.
  • Then add garlic to it and saute for few secs
  • Now add the onions and saute and open the onions too.
  • Saute till it becomes transparent
  • Now add the sliced mushrooms and saute.
  • Then add salt.
  • Saute and cook till it's water starts evaporating.
  • Now add mustard sauce, mix it.
  • Add greek yoghurt and mix it.
  • Boil till the mushrooms become tender.
  • Add cream at the end and cook for 1 min more.
  • Shut the stove and add black pepper powder.
  • Serve hot with keto bread or tortilla.
  • Enjoy!!!
