This recipe is very close to my heart. A very simple, easy recipe, full of the flavour and it's creamy to the hilt. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
Mushrooms 200g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp
Onion 20 gm
Thyme 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mustard sauce 1/2 tsp
Greek yoghurt 1 tbsp
Fresh cream 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Method
- Heat a pan.
- Add oil to it.
- Then add garlic to it and saute for few secs
- Now add the onions and saute and open the onions too.
- Saute till it becomes transparent
- Now add the sliced mushrooms and saute.
- Then add salt.
- Saute and cook till it's water starts evaporating.
- Now add mustard sauce, mix it.
- Add greek yoghurt and mix it.
- Boil till the mushrooms become tender.
- Add cream at the end and cook for 1 min more.
- Shut the stove and add black pepper powder.
- Serve hot with keto bread or tortilla.
- Enjoy!!!
