Keto Coriander Veg Medley Tikka | 10 Min Keto Recipe

 Simple easy recipe is the need of the time. And this is one of my favourites and almost daily on my menu too.



Preparation time: 5 mins Cooking time: 7 mins Serve: 4

Ingredients

Ghee/clarified butter 1.5 tbsp Green chillies 4-5 Ginger 1 tbsp Mushrooms 100g Onion half Green & red capsicums 150g Paneer/cottage cheese 100g Coriander Mint paste 3 tbsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Method
Heat a kadai
Add ghee to it. When hot, add the green chillies, saute it.
Add the ginger jullianes.
Now add the mushrooms and saute it.
Add the salt. And saute and cook until the water starts coming out.
Now add all the vegetables 
Saute and then add paneer to it. 
Now add the green coriander and mint paste.  
Saute for few mins until oil oozes out.
It's done. Serve hot with sprinkles of mint leaves.
