Serves: 14 pieces
Ingredients
Pumpkin-sunflower seeds 1 cup
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Flaxmeal 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Step 2
Parsley chopped 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Onion 1/2 small
Water 1/3 cup
Olive oil2 tbsp
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°c
- Step 1
- In a grinder jar add all the ingredients and give it a good churn until it forms powder.
Step 2
- Now to the powder in the mixer jar add all the ingredients and churn again
- Now take out the mixture on a parchment sheet and with the help of the second sheet spread it out thickly.
- Bake at 180°c for 15 mins.
- Take it out.
- While hot slice with a help of pizza cutter into small rectangles.
- Let it cool.
- Then store in an airtight container
- Enjoy!!!
