After a dense workout, when your body becomes raw, then is the perfect time to rebuild & replenish it with healthy muscle building, nutrients rich meal. And this is a perfect combination of healthy immunity booster smoothie with an equally dense protein-rich meal. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients Step 1 Curd/Yoghurt 200g Honey 2 tbsp Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp Cinamon powder 1/2 tsp Walnuts 1tbsp Almonds 1 tbsp Ice cubes 4-5 Step 2 Roasted Chickpea with Skin Apple 2 tbsp Orange segments 3 tsp Pear 2 tbsp Green chillies 1 tsp Strawberries 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1/2 Rock salt to taste
