Ingredients
3 Betel leaves
1.5 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 cup almond milk

Sugarfree erythritol 1 tbsp
Cottage cheese 50g or
protein whey 1 scoop
Pistachio Powder 1 tsp
Almond sliver 1
Rose petal a few
Method
Soak the chia seed in almond milk for 2 hours or microwave it for 30 sec for instant soaking.
In a blender jar add in all the ingredients together.
