Ingredients Oil 1 tbsp Garlic 1 tsp Onion 1 medium Sweet corn 1/4 cup Zucchini 1/2 cup Salt 1 tsp Rosemary Herb 1 tsp broken wheat Soaked 1/2 cup Milk 250ml Cheese 40g (optional)
