Mango Mania is never down. Having it in savoury form is like a crazy idea, but I am loving it. The sweetness in a salad is a killer, which provides the apt vibes to pick it up and have a Mango time. Enjoy!!!



Preparation time: 10 mins Serves: 4

Ingredients Coloured lettuce leaves 1 cup Mint leaves 1/4 cup Red capsicum 1/4 cup Basil leaves 1/4 cup Spring Onions 1/4 cup Mangoes 1.5 cup Cooked Rice 1/4 cup Peanuts crushed 1/2 cup Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp

Method In a big mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients one by one and give a magic mix. Enjoy!!!
