Simple to make and a recipe that can be enjoyed by all keto or non-keto members. I am making in a small muffin form, which took the dish to another level of taste as the crisp crust of the sweet can be relished in every bite. Enjoy!!!
- Preheat the oven to 190c.
- A big plate with a rim or mixing bowl adds the paneer of which the water has been taken out.
- Mash it with your palm or knuckles.
- Add the almond flour & stevia sugar-free into it, and form a soft dough.
- Mix it properly. add the almonds and pistachio slivers keeping a little aside of each.
- Now take a muffin tray and put the paper liners or spray the moulds with oil
- Drop small balls of the dough and press it gently.
- Sprinkle the leftover pistachios & almonds
- press it a bit.
- Bake at 190c for 25 mins.
- take it out. Let it cool for 10 mins
- Serve hot or cold
- Enjoy!!!
