Ingredients Sorghum Flour/Jowari atta 300g Salt 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Eno fruit salt 2 tsp Milk 1 cup Curd 1 cup
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200c
- In a big mixing bowl add in all the ingredients and give a magic mix.
- Grease a baking bread tin, put a parchment sheet which is optional.
- Drop the batter.
- Bake at 2000c for 40-45 mins.
- Take it out and let it rest for at least 8 hours.
- Slice & enjoy!!!
