Jowari-Bajra Gluten-free Savoury Muffins | Sorghum Pearl Millet Healthy Bombs

This is one of my favourite pass time baking stuff to make ahead, to have as snacks or add to breakfasts & lunches as they are quick to do, a good source of protein and taste y😍m.

Preparation time: 10 mins Baking time: 25 mins Ingredients Step 1 Sorghum (jowar) flour 1 cup Pearl Millet (Bajra) flour 1/4 cup salt to taste black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Baking soda 1/2 tsp Step 2 pumpkin 1/2 cup Capsicum1/2 cup Carrots 1/4 cup garlic 1 tsp Oil 1/4 cup Curd 1 cup Black Sesame seeds 1 tsp

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 190c/air fryer to 200c
  • In a mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients one by one.
  • Give a magic mix
  • Now add in all the vegetables and the wet ingredients. give a magic mix
  • Grease a muffin tray and fill it with the batter.
  • Tap the tray a bit.
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 190c for 25-30 mins.
  • I baked in a 200c preheated Airfryer too for 15 mins.
  • Take it out and let it rest for 10 mins.
  • Take it out & relish the finger foods on a go.
  • Enjoy!!!
